This custom designed residence is based upon the traditional form of the New England Gambrel Barn. The design team captured, accurately, both the proportion and scale of these stately barns while at the same time insuring modern day use and function of the interior rooms . Authentic New England stone was used and laid-up in accordance to the “rules” of Old World composition guidelines. Abundance of natural light streams into the Kitchen as well as other rooms.
